If, after having booked a hotel from the Accor group or a Barrière Hotel on one of the Accor websites, you find an equivalent offer within 24 hours of making your booking for the same hotel at a lower rate on another website (excluding the Lucien Barrière Group sites), we promise to offer you this rate with an additional 10% discount.
How can I benefit from the best price guarantee? It's very simple.
You book an Accor group hotel or Barrière Hotel on one of our websites and take advantage of our best available rates. You then receive a booking confirmation number.
If, over the next 24 hours, you find a lower rate for an equivalent offer on another website (same hotel, same dates, same type of room, same sales conditions etc.), excluding Lucien Barrière group sites, fill in the online form on our website to claim the Best price guarantee.
After this information has been checked, our customer service team will confirm your booking at the lowest price stated with an additional discount of 10%.
