- How can I book online on the TravelAgencies.Accorhotels.com website?

You can book online as soon as you have an industry code: IATA/TIDS/CLIA/TRUE. Your code allows you to access the best available rates, and you will be informed whether the rate generates a commission or not.

If you do not have a IATA/TIDS/CLIA/TRUE code, request an RT code.

- What is an RT code?

This internal Accor code, generated specifically for your agency, allows you to make online bookings in the same conditions as IATA/TIDS/CLIA/TRUE agencies.

- Where and how can I get a code?

To get your code, fill in the registration form by clicking here and email it to: accor.travelagencies@accor.com" Processing might take several weeks. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

- Can I be certain that I am booking the current best promotional rate for my customer?

Yes, Accorhotels.com guarantees you the best current rates.
If you make an online booking for an Accor hotel room on one of the group's websites and you find an equivalent offer on another site (within 24 hours) relating to the same hotel, at a lower price under the same sales conditions, we will give you the preferred rate with an additional discount of 10%.

- How many rooms can I book?

You can book up to 3 rooms, in the same hotel and for the same dates. Between 4 and 6 rooms, you must make two bookings using the Your clients tab. From 7 rooms and up, you must book using the Your groups tab. In the case of a Special Travel Agent Rates reservation, you can book up to 2 rooms.

- How can I alter my booking?

You must cancel and rebook a room. Before making any cancellation, check that rooms are still available.

- Is a credit card required when making online bookings?

Depending on the sales conditions for the rate, a credit card may or may not be required when the booking is made.

- Can I make a pre-payment when booking online?

If you reserve a rate not subject to restrictive sales conditions, you will not be able to make a pre-payment. If you wish to make a pre-payment, you will need to send the hotel your credit card details by fax or contact the hotel directly.

- Can I guarantee the booking using the agency credit card?

You can guarantee the booking with the agency or customer credit card.

- Will I receive a confirmation?

Yes, you will automatically receive an email confirmation at the address requested on booking.

Commission payment (all travel agencies)

- Do online bookings earn commission?

Rates giving rise to commission are clearly indicated in the booking process. The commission total corresponding to the booking will be paid automatically.

- How is commission paid?

By cheque, in local currency after the departure of the guests.

- I haven't received my commission, what should I do?

Commission is paid within 4 weeks of the client's departure.
If your commission remains unpaid over a longer period, please send us details of the booking by filling in the form.

- What is the level of commission?

Commissions, when appropriate, are displayed online by the room rate. The commission percentage varies with the brand, the price and length of the stay.


Threshold (travel agencies not Club Pegasus members)

- Who is this service designed for?

This service is designed for agencies that receive their commissions by cheque and pay high cashing fees. It is not intended for Pegasus member agencies, who receive their commissions by bank transfer.

- What are the threshold amounts? How were they calculated?

The amounts were calculated for each currency used by Pegasus based on two factors: the average commission amounts paid each week by Pegasus to non-member agencies, and the average cashing fees for international cheques.

- Can I change my own personal threshold amount?

No. The amounts are defined globally for each payment currency. If the amount is too high, you can make an exceptional request to Pegasus to trigger payment before the threshold is reached. To do this, contact accorhospitality@pegs.com

- What does this service cost?

The service is free of charge and entails no obligations.

- From the moment I sign up, how long will I benefit from the service?

The service is activated a few days after we receive your request. It is enabled for an unlimited period, until you cancel it.

- What happens if my commissions never reach the threshold?

If you change your business, or if your business with Accor hotels does not generate the defined threshold amount, exceptionally you can ask Pegasus to trigger a payment before you reach the threshold. To do this, contact Pegasus (aaccorhospitality@pegs.com , please write in English).

- How do I cancel?

The service is canceled by simply sending an email. Write to Pegasus (accorhospitality@pegs.com , please write in English).

- The address corresponding to my IATA code displayed on the confirmation page is not correct.

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) sends us an update of changes every month. If there is an error in your details please contact IATA to make the necessary changes.

- Can the Special Travel Agent Rate (STAR) be reserved online?

Yes, the STAR rates can be reserved online (for your vacations only).

- How do I receive my Special Travel Agent Rate (STAR) access codes?

You must receive your access codes from your Accor contact. If you did not receive them, fill in the form in the section Special Travel Agent Rate. You will automatically be sent your access codes on the very same day.

- How long after registration will I receive my STAR access codes?

The access codes will be automatically sent by email on the day of the request.

- Can I reserve Special Travel Agent Rates (STAR) as soon as I receive the codes?

Yes. To do this, select the STAR reservation tab. Fill in the reservation form indicating:

  • your IATA/TIDS or RT code
  • your STAR code
  • your STAR contract number
  • your arrival and departure dates
  • your destination

- Does the Special Travel Agent Rate (STAR) earn commission?

No, this rate does not pay commission.

- How do I reserve my Special Travel Agent Rate (STAR)?

Online: Click on the STAR Reservations tab of the booking engine. Fill in your STAR codes and STAR contract number. Choose your destination and dates. Available STAR rates are clearly displayed when you click on "Rates and booking" for the selected hotel.
Call centre: You may book your STAR rates through our call centres at an extra charge (10 euros / 15 USD per booking)
GDS: Since 2011, your STAR rates cannot be booked via GDS

- What documents do I need to show when checking-in at the hotel when I book using STAR rates?

These rates are only valid for your personal stays. On your arrival, you must present some documentation (RT Code/ IATA / TIDS card, or documentation on company-headed notepaper) or a pay-slip showing that you are a travel agent for the holders of an RT/ IATA / TIDS Card code.

- How many rooms can I book using STAR rates?

Reservations are limited to 2 rooms per person making a booking (for immediate family only).

- What is the discount level for STAR rates?

The discount can be as much as 30% off the lowest public rate.
