Staying in hotels a lot because of my business travelles the friendliness and supportive approach of all employees was the most striking. The atmosphere in the restaurant could be a bit more inviting but the food compensates. During breakfest obviously the "run of a lot of guests" was too much - they ran out of everything: spoons, fruit, plates, glasses....the staff was not very professional in handling that but so polite and friendly, that it was not problem

The hotel rooms are very nice and pretty spacious for the price, the hotel is located 200 m from the metro which makes it pretty convenient for visiting Paris.Cleaning service disturbed in spite of "do not disturb"-sign and did not come back later as requested but as we only stayed for two days it was okay.You have standard coffee + tea selection in the room and a lot of French tv-channels.Very nice staff 24h even when you come home at 4 am.

Clean Hotel with great service. Convenient location for most west Paris main business areas. Comes with a nice restaurant and a nice breakfast area. Staff is very friendly and professional. Anticipate a bit for taxi booking as the area is busy and taxi resources scarce at rush hour.
