Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel, Mercure, Suitehotel, Ibis, all seasons and Accor Thalassa... A|Club lets your customers earn points and services (Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery) worldwide.

Their loyalty is also rewarded by our partners and their points do not expire as long as they stay in a participating Accor hotel at least once per year.

In our hotels…
  • 2 A|Club points for every euro spent in Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel, Mercure and Suitehotel hotels. Would you prefer to count in USD (US Dollars)? 10 USD spent (*) earns you 14 points.
  • 1 A|Club point for every euro spent in Ibis and all seasons hotels. The equivalent in USD is 7 points for ever 10 USD spent.
  • 2 A|Club points for every euro spent in the Thalassotherapy institutes if accommodation is in a Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel or Mercure hotel.
  • 1 A|Club point for every euro spent in the Thalassotherapy institutes if accommodation is in an Ibis or all seasons hotel.

In Ibis hotels in France, only weekend stays (stays which include at least a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night) can accrue points.
(*) For other currencies, the number of points earned is calculated according to the exchange rate in relation to the Euro.

Aclub Status

Aclub Status

Silver, Gold or Platinum: three statuses, three reward categories accessible each year. Automatic status upgrade when the number of points or nights required is reached. By increasing their number of stays, your customers increase their rewards. It's that simple!

  • Earn: 50% points bonus with the Silver card
  • Earn: 75% points bonus with the Gold card
  • Earn: 100% points bonus with the Platinum card, so for example 4 A|Club points per euro spent in a Sofitel hotel.
Silver

Automatic access to Silver status with 10 nights or having earned 2500 points over 12 months. This status brings new rewards:

  • 50% points bonus
  • A special welcome in Sofitel hotels with a welcome drink
Gold

Gold status is acquired after 30 nights or 10,000 points have been accumulated over 12 months. It offers:

  • 75% points bonus.
  • Exclusive rewards in Sofitel, Pullman and MGallery hotels.
    • A guaranteed available room (reservation 5 days prior to arrival at the latest).
    • Upgrade on arrival at the hotel (on request and depending on availability).
    • Late check-out up to 4 pm (on request).
Platinum

The ultimate privilege, Platinum status is accorded after 60 nights or when you have accumulated 25,000 points over 12 months. Just for you:

  • 100% points bonus.
  • Exclusive rewards in Sofitel, Pullman and MGallery hotels.
    • A guaranteed available room (reservation 3 days prior to arrival at the latest).
    • An upgrade on your arrival at the hotel (depending on availability and on request).
    • Late check-out up to 4 pm (on request).
