Your Commission

In its 2500 hotels including Sofitel, Pullman, Mgallery, Novotel, Suite Novotel, Mercure, Adagio, ibis Styles, ibis, Orbis brands, Accor makes every effort to pay your commissions within 30 days.
Commissions only apply to some rates. They are displayed online against each room rate.
The commission rate varies with the brand, the price range and the length of the stay.
The FASTCOM programme launched in 2010 guarantees faster and more reliable commission payment for all your online bookings (GDS, travelagencies.accorhotels.com…).
By committing to a strict quality charter, most Accor hotels currently enjoy "Full FASTCOM" certification. See the full list of hotels here.

• Threshold (travel agencies not Club Pegasus members)
A new option for your commission payments by cheque !
Accor is enhancing its commission payment system for travel agencies handling small volumes of hotel reservations:
Today, some travel agencies that are not Club Pegasus members receive their Accor commissions by international cheque, with no minimum. This can generate high cashing fees for very small cheques.
The “Threshold” service offers a solution:
- Your commissions are totaled each week until they reach a preset amount;
- Once the threshold is reached, Pegasus triggers the sending of the cheque. The cheque is therefore for a larger amount. This reduces the relative amount of the cashing fees and streamlines the administrative workload.
This exclusive Accor service is completely free of charge for travel agencies. The thresholds are defined in each currency.
How do I register for the Threshold service?
Signing up for this service is free of charge and entails no obligations. Send your request to Pegasus accorhospitality@pegs.com (please write in English), providing the following information:
- IATA (or any other unique ID, such as TRUE, CLIA, RT codes, etc.)
- Agency name
- Full agency address
- Contact email
Agencies that do not sign up will continue to receive their weekly payment by cheque with no minimum commission.
