- Fill in the form: your STAR code (SC…) and contract number will be sent to you automatically on the day of your request.

1. Star "Open" : no restrictive sales conditions 
- Credit Card Guarantee mandatory
- First night charged in case of no-show
2. Star"Light" : Modifiable et annulable selon conditions 
- Credit Card Guarantee mandatory
- First night is charged upon booking time
- Cancellation and Refund until D-3
- Non-refundable after D-3 or in case of no-show
- Changes permitted untill check-in time (in case of changes within 3 days prior to arrival, the prepaid amount will become a credit you may use for a stay in the same hotel (6 months validity, upon hotel availibility)
3. Star "Mini" : conditions apply : no changes and no cancellation 
- Credit Card Guarantee mandatory
- Full amount of stay is charged upon booking time
- Non-refundable in case of cancellation
- Changes permitted until day of arrival directly to the hotel (thereafter non refundable, the prepaid amount will become a credit you may use for a stay in the same hotel (6 months validity, upon hotel availibility)
General sales condition:
- Rates valid for personal trips only.
- A written proof (IATA, TIDS card) must be shown upon arrival.
- The reservation is limited to 2 rooms per booker (husband & wife or children only).
If sales conditions are not fulfilled, the hotel reserves itself the right to apply the public rate.
